              Consultation and Participation Procedure

  The objective of this procedure is to establish guidelines to promote active consultation and participation of employees at all levels and functions in TECH-INSP’s processes, documents, and equipment. This approach aims to ensure collective involvement by leveraging employees’ perspectives and contributions to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen communication, and drive the continuous improvement of the company’s processes.

            Rules for Access and Stay at the Company

  Define a methodology for recording, authorizing or not authorizing access, and the rules for the presence of individuals within the company, considering identification procedures and actions to be taken when unsafe or suspicious behavior is observed that could jeopardize the physical integrity of individuals, the preservation and safeguarding of company property and third-party assets, as well as ensuring the enforcement of security, environmental, and health control measures.
